Website information
The services, guides and sample reports on this website are general information. They are not a quotation, a guarantee of results or a binding service commitment, and they are not legal, tax, customs or financial advice. Sample reports are illustrative and do not describe a real client project.
Service agreements
Each project is agreed separately. Before work starts, we confirm the scope, deliverables, timing, our service fee and any third-party costs in writing. If anything in a written agreement differs from this website, the written agreement applies.
Your decisions and payments
You remain responsible for choosing suppliers, approving samples and orders, and making payments. Sourzio provides research, communication and coordination support. We do not hold or transfer client funds, and payments to suppliers are made directly by you or through a payment provider you choose.
Suppliers and third parties
Suppliers, factories, inspection companies, freight forwarders and payment providers are independent businesses. Their products, prices, lead times and services are their own responsibility and remain subject to their own terms. We work to give you accurate and useful information, but we cannot guarantee the performance or conduct of third parties.
Information you provide
Please make sure the specifications and documents you send are accurate and that you are entitled to share them. Results depend on the information available at the time of the work.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sourzio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a project is limited to the service fees paid to us for that project.
