This policy explains what information Sourzio collects through sourzio.com, how it is used and who it is shared with. Sourzio provides China sourcing support for overseas buyers. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@sourzio.com.
Information you give us
When you use the inquiry form, you provide your product or industry, the type of help you need, your requirements and your email address. You may also choose to give your name and WhatsApp number. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the information you include in those messages, such as product specifications, supplier details, quotations or files.
How we use it
- To review your request and reply to you.
- To prepare a proposed scope and quotation, and to deliver services you agree to.
- To keep a record of our communication and the work performed.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing lists.
Service providers
The website and our communication rely on a small number of third-party services, which process information under their own policies:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers inquiry form submissions to our email inbox.
- Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. It processes technical request data such as IP address and browser type, and may provide basic, cookie-free visit statistics.
- Email and WhatsApp providers handle messages you choose to send through those channels.
When a project requires it and you agree, we may share relevant project details with suppliers, inspection companies or logistics providers so they can quote or perform their part of the work.
Cookies
The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our service providers may use strictly necessary technical mechanisms to deliver and secure the site.
Retention
We keep inquiry and project information for as long as it is needed to respond, deliver services and keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time unless we need to keep it for an ongoing project or a legal obligation.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing hello@sourzio.com. Please do not send bank card details, passwords or other sensitive payment credentials through the inquiry form.
